Concrete recommendations
Each table made three strategic recommendations. Discussions focused on harnessing the potential of the Congo River through initiatives such as the Hinga dam, deploying artificial intelligence for health and energy in the African context, and strengthening local value chains. The cultural dimension was highlighted through the creation of diasporic leadership platforms, while collective security focused on African-led solutions with European support.

Towards a transformed partnership
The round table demonstrated that beyond ministerial declarations, real co-construction is possible. The recommendations put forward aim to go beyond traditional models of North-South cooperation to establish a partnership of equals, rooted in the complementarities between European expertise and African dynamism.
