The program focuses on developing essential political and administrative leadership skills, preparing participants for positions of responsibility in their respective governments.
Fellows benefit from a modern curriculum that includes the latest approaches to governance, economic diplomacy and international relations.
The program strategically positions participants at the heart of international decision-making centers: Addis Ababa (headquarters of the African Union), Brussels (center of EU-Africa relations), and Doha (new powerhouse of conflict resolution).
